Brokers-Only Open House:
To ensure that each listing reaches as many potential buyers as possible, I invite 10,000 local realtors to attend brokers-only open house that I host. In addition to the enticement of a fully catered food and wine tasting, I attract realtors by giving away a 42-inch HD flat screen TV at each event.

Sponsors of my last brokers-only open house included representatives of four real estate related industroes (morgage, magazine publishing, home staging, home inspection), each of whom promoted the event to their sphere of influence.
